I am so impressed by the process thus far. At the onset of the cosmetic dentistry procedure, Dr. Goodlin assured me that the braces would be on for one to three months. I must admit that I was initially a bit skeptical about this short time frame because I just assumed that wearing braces is a several year investment of time.
Dr. Goodlin has not misled me, (I was initially afraid he was just telling me what I wanted to hear). He knows his stuff - after all, he is one of only 12 AACD accredited cosmetic dentists in Canada. He is the Past President of the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and will be the next President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, (AACD) quite an honour for a Canadian Dentist to be elected to the American Board!
I want to tell the readers of this blog that I've recently been through a home renovation and was told that the entire process would take 3 – 6 months. Two years and two contractors later, the house was finally completed. I was afraid that I would run into the same problem with my teeth. Dr. Goodlin is authentic, transparent, caring, and really stands by his words. It is 7 weeks and true to his word, the braces are coming off!
Check in with my next visit when my braces are removed and teeth restored!
